The venue was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the location short walk to the beach and town and national park and the restaurant, and sea views. Wonderful and excellent room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - A bathtub in the clean bathroom was super awesome. - It had marvellous location next to the Lady and the Dolphin. - No complains at all, the venue exceeded all expectations.

The room was brand-new and well-appointed, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. All the services were great. - the parking was nearby. - the location was favorable and peaceful. - Wat Samathi Buddhist Temple was 2 miles away.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with extremely comfortable beds and especially mattresses, as example was not a problem. The venue is on a great location short walk to the forest and the beach area and the supermarket. Also, it's 2 miles away from Wat Samathi Buddhist Temple.

Well, it was a pleasant stay in the morning and at night. Its location was marvellous to the forest.

The view from my hotel room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking the ocean and islands. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated with a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of all my needs. I particularly enjoyed swimming in the clean and great pool. The availability of free bicycles for exploring the area was a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of breakfast options, both Western and Eastern, and the meals were reasonably priced. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend Kep Bay Hotel & Resort for a comfortable stay. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

I was offered a room with gorgeous views over the ocean and islands. The location was marvellous and peaceful - right by the beach, the boats to tour islands and rabbit island, and the national park nearby.

The Kep Bay Hotel & Resort definitely lived up to its 4-star rating. The bed was incredibly spacious, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The room itself was a good size and had all the necessary facilities. It was the perfect accommodation for celebrating a birthday. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location meant that it was only a 10-minute walk from downtown. We especially appreciated the fact that there was an onsite restaurant, The Bay Dining, eliminating the need to search for dining options elsewhere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kep Bay Hotel & Resort. The hotel had a charming and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful decorations and cozy seating areas throughout. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with ramps and elevators available. It was easy for me to navigate and explore the hotel grounds without any difficulties.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is if the staff had been more attentive and considerate. It would have been nice if they had shown a bit more patience and understanding, especially when it came to answering my questions or assisting me with any requests.

I had an amazing time at this place with my family. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help me with any requests I had. I especially liked the large pool, which was perfect for swimming laps and getting some exercise in the morning. The view of the ocean was also quite breathtaking and was a great way to start the day. Additionally, I was impressed with the room amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I found this hotel to be very comfortable and luxurious.
